Organization settings
Team & roles
Inviting teammates and the two-tier permission model.
Two roles
Every teammate in your organization is one of:
- Member — can create and edit agents, knowledge, tools, channels, and triggers. The day-to-day builder role.
- Admin — everything a member can do, plus destructive actions, managing teammates, and organization-wide settings: AI provider connections, channel and tool credentials, email domains, and data retention/erasure.
Most pages under Organization settings (credentials, email domains, data & privacy) require the admin role — a member will see a clear message rather than the controls if they try.
Inviting teammates
Team invites and role management aren't a page inside this app's own settings — they live in the account menu in the header, which is powered by the platform's authentication provider. Your profile (email, password) is also managed there rather than in this dashboard.
Organizations, not personal accounts
The platform is organization-first: signing in without an active organization takes you to a screen to select or create one before you reach the dashboard. There's no personal/individual-account mode — everything you build belongs to an organization, shared with whoever else is a member or admin of it.
